Our Therapeutic massage offerings can help those that have desk jobs, restriction in movement, nagging pain, persistent tension, past injuries, and those who seek to support their active lifestyles. After sessions, clients usually report increased mobility, reduced sense of pain, and a feeling of "aliveness".
Though deep tissue and sports massage may be more familiar, Neurofascial Manipulation happens to be our unique approach to working with fascia.
Neurofascial massage sessions take elements such as sensed tension, pain, and your structure in order to create treatment plans that are specific to you. The fascial manipulation that is applied can be superficial or quite deep, depending on your comfort.
This massage modality is a myofascial release technique that works directly with the nervous system by helping to establish healthy tissue restructuring. This is accomplished by breaking up adhesions that cause discomfort and reduced range of motion. Once you begin to remove these restrictions you will find that pain begins to diminish, and you will have more ease in your day to day.
Best results can be seen over time when treatment plans are taken to heart and acted upon!
Neurofascial Cupping Therapy is not your usual cupping session. Adapted to the tension and pain patterns of your body, these cups can help so much more.
This form of intervention combines massage and cupping therapy to maximize results. When cups are applied they help to increase circulation and release bound connective tissue, allowing for more comfortable and effective deep tissue massage. The cups may be left in an area for some time while you are massaged elsewhere to open up a particularly tight spot. With Neurofascial cupping, Ben employs dynamic cupping, sliding the cups along tension lines in your body to improve ease of movement and decrease pain.

Intra-oral work is awesome. Working within the mouth in both massage and craniosacral settings can help relieve tension in the jaw and face. Whether there has been trauma from dental work, TMJ/TMD issues, or tension from clenching and grinding, intra oral work can be a sensitive and phenomenal approach to working with such a vulnerable area.
*Latex-free Nitrile finger cots are used during all
intra-oral sessions. **Only offered by Ben
